Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of payment receipt and are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

We cannot accept product returns, due to hygienic considerations.  If you are uncertain about which product to order, please contact us for assistance.  In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and we will gladly replace your item with an identical item (or an available substitute of equal or greater value).  All replacement returns must be pre-approved, so please call or email us for shipping instructions.
