Stronger pelvic muscles result in longer, stronger, more attainable orgasms, reduced risk of incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders, and a faster return to tone and tightness after giving birth. The Pelvic Mini Strengthener is a combined pleasure/fitness system for the vaginal and pelvic floor/PC muscles, which offers the advantage of increased resistance over time.  This is a smaller edition of the world’s bestselling Kegel exercising aid.

Featuring a smaller 29 mm diameter, this mini-exerciser has been specially designed to offer a perfect fit for women under 30 who have never been pregnant, while the Pelvic Original Strengthener is recommended for over-30’s and those who have been pregnant.

Simple to insert and discreet when worn, the silent weights move as you move, producing subtle vibrations to prompt Kegel muscle contractions during everyday activities.  Can also be worn for pleasure and used internally during clitoral stimulation.  Each Pelvic Mini Strengthener includes two 28g and two 37g spheres, which can be used individually or mixed and matched for a tailored routine. Made of FDA approved ABS plastic and phthalate-free silicone.  Insertable length 3” and diameter 1.14”.  A touch of lubricant is recommended for comfortable vaginal insertion.  Instruction manual and satin pouch included.

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to prevent muscle spasm, strength should be built gradually, just like with any other muscle.  Increase reps over time by using strengthener NO MORE THAN 5-10 minutes the first week, and adding 10 minutes each week until 45 minutes is reached, at which point, the clock needn't be watched.  Strengthening is NOT recommended for people experiencing pelvic pain, as the pain could be caused by tight muscles.  If you are experiencing pelvic pain, please obtain a pelvic evaluation by a medical provider skilled in assessing pelvic tissue and muscles.  Providers may be found at www.pelvicpain.org.
